We also purchased #162 over 10 years ago to add to our retirement plan :) What makes this Condo unique Really loved what a difference, low density, wonderful tropical gardens and the units are larger too, nice views over the gardens, Hale Kama'ole was the pick for me! And so it began with #239, then we added #250 with a super ocean view and larger. We love Maui, we were going to buy next door (Kamaole Sands), While there looking, there was an open house at Hale Kamole, so we went and had a look.
